The Arts
At St John's we believe in a broad and balanced curriculum and believe that every subject is important. For art and design we have worked with subject experts to develop our curriculum offer and have developed our sequence of teaching so that children spend time developing the skills they need to produce fantastic art. They will also learn about great works of art and the artists who made them.
In design and technology, we have organised our curriculum so that children spend time following the research, design, make and evaluate process.
